TOI Update: Power supply to 19 states has been disrupted - Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, J&K, Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand, West Bengal, UP, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand and the seven north eastern states. Total of 600 million people have been affected. 

I read this news & got shocked like all others. I think these are horrible things are happening in our country & it's a beyond the limit to take action against such poor infrastructure & related corruptions.
